Oatmeal Bread has been used for French Toast, sandwiches, toast
Taken from Cuisinart Recipe Booklet
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tbl unsalted butter, room temp
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbl maple syrup
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 1/4 tsp yeast
Combine all ingredients in order listed into bread machine. Use cooking setting for 1lb white bread. Cool on wire rack when cycle complete.
